FAIZAL UMARJI has served as CEO and President since the beginning of the Alliance 4, showing an extensive background in management and much experience within the past10 years.

Started working directly after graduation, Faizal Umarji worked as Chief administrative when working for the family business and moved through various management positions in different branches of the company, including international work. He continued his way up until becoming CEO of DCC, SA, Digital Connection Consulting, a company linked to new technologies

MUSSÁ IBRAIMO JUMÁ TAQUIDIR is the operations manager with theoretical background and experience in organization and project management, engineering contracts managing for megaprojects, megaprojects logits, economics, and real estate. Furthermore, he has an excellent understanding of diverse facets of operations in the industrial sector.

Has demonstrated flexibility and capacity through varying roles in commerce, management and logistics. Mussá has a 5 years history working for LAM – Mozambican Air Lines

CARLO DE MATOS is a consultant experienced in management, public relations, ACMI, charters, fleet entry into service, and is well-versed in the aviation industry. He is a confident and capable airline pilot with over 10,000 hours worldwide flying experience of flying aircrafts of different sizes, for various leading airline companies.

Possessing a proven ability to work closely with on and off board stakeholders, Carlo has a prime understanding of this sector’s customer needs and the capability of delivering tailored solutions. A multi-tasked person who is able to remain calm under pressure and who has extensive experience of flying complex route, e. g., ETOPS, MNPS, NORTH ATLANTIC, ALL WEATHER OPS, LVP.

JOSÉ EMILIO has 43 years of experience in the field of civil aviation, after having had the opportunity to start his career as an aircraft electrician. Passionate about this industry, he quickly became commander and received proposals to make international routes, however he always preferred to remain on the domestic routes of Mozambique.

His greatest flight experience dates back to 1992 when crossing the Atlantic, from Columbus Ohio to Maputo. Director of Operations, professional, with experience and strong leadership and relationship building skills. Experienced manager with excellent air fleet management skills. Action-oriented, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with executive, business and area audiences.
